Savian “Dexx” Creary, 19, of Philadelphia, was arrested on Jan. 22 and charged with first-degree murder, conspiracy, and related offenses, Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R. Steele and Norristown Police Chief Derrick Wood jointly announced Monday.
Edilberto Miguel Palaez-Moctezuma was sitting at the table eating dinner inside an Arch Street home when he was shot by Kevon Clarke, 19, who was arrested on Dec. 13 and charged with first-degree murder, authorities said.
Norristown police were called to the home around 9:30 p.m. Nov. 25, where Palaez-Moctezuma was found with a gunshot wound to his torso, authorities said.
He was flown to Penn Presbyterian, where he was pronounced dead.

Two men, believed to be Creary and Tymere "Brady" Parker, 20, are seen in surveillance video running from the shooting scene.
Creary was arraigned and remanded to the Montgomery County Correctional Facility on Jan. 22. There is no bail for first-degree murder charges.
Parker, of Philadelphia, is wanted on first-degree murder, third-degree murder, and conspiracy charges.
Authorities say he is to be considered armed and dangerous. If you see him, call 911.
